1. How will my order ship?

Art prints, stickers, sticker packs, originals

All of these products are shipped by me with extra care from my home country Perú (Latin America).  The shipping is available worldwide, with a tracking nuber included, and the delivery time can take from 15 to 30 days depending of each country's postal service. Your package will include some extra freebies and gifts. I would provide you with a tracking number as well as constant communication for updates on your order.

Local Orders (Perú) will take an estimate of 4 to 5 days to arrive :)

Postcards 

Postcards  are shipped from the closest shipping region of the manufacturer (USA, Europe). The shipping rates and times vary depending of each destination (3-7 days for the regions mentioned above on most products), and may take longer due to high volume of orders.

If you are in any of these countries your order should be domestic shipping with no customs or import duties. Occasionally if the production facility in your country is very busy, they will route an order to a facility in a different country for faster production, however you will only pay a domestic shipping rate.

2. Will I be charged customs for my order?
I make sure to send your orders as a "gift" to avoid extra fees or customs. However, a
dditional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders on certain countries (Ex. countries from the EU). This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. 3. Is the shipping worldwide?
The shipping is available worldwide in most countries. Make sure to check the  availability down below,and shipping rates at check-out, as well as the customs and fees that may apply to your country.
For all commissions (pet portraits) and original paintings, the shipping is worldwide and free.

4. My order got lost/ damaged

5. Do you take other types of commissions and projects?

If there is a project you would like me to work on, please contact me privately through e-mail with all the relevant information.
